Two ‘Top Chef’ Restaurants to Try on Maui

Local Top Chef alum Sheldon Simeon has opened his newest highly anticipated restaurant, Lineage, at the Shops of Wailea. The 80-seat restaurant, which opened in October, highlights local Hawaiian cuisine in a modern way.
