BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Stayed with us Feb 2025We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing! Unit 109 is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Perfect for a family of 4! The unit is ground level with a table to eat breakfast, drink coffee, and relax in the evenings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals with your favorite people. Parking a rental vehicle is easy and there is always a spot available. There were 4 beach chairs and a cooler ready to go to the beach with you. Location allows you to walk or bike within a short distance to any store, restaurant, park, or beach you want. The pool is warm like the ocean and the hot tub is a perfect. Kids and adults can hang out all day here and relax. There a plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun and laughs. The property management staff were fast with their communication. I was very pleased with how quick it was to get ahold of them. SOM 109 is the perfect spot for your relaxing vacation. Don't hesitate to book this spot, it's in the heart of Kihei and you won't be dissatisfied.

Stayed with us Dec 2024Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this Airbnb. The place was very clean upon arrival, unbeatable location, easy-check in, parking was a breeze, kitchen was stocked with kitchenware, in-unit laundry, nice patio with a great view, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The Xplorie excursions were great as well! My only gripe was the fact that the bathroom doesn’t have a vent/ventilation, I think it could really use one. Nonetheless I had a great stay and I will be booking with this company/host when I return to Maui! Mahalo.
Fabulous vacation
Stayed with us November - Dec 2024Our property was nicely stocked with everything we could need which was very nice. The location was wonderful, close to everything but also very quiet and private. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were within walking distance of good food and shopping. Property management was wonderful, very helpful and always available. We cannot wait to come visit again.
